Cash on delivery
We offer payment to the courier on delivery of the ordered jewellery up to £200 with the obligation to pre-pay 30% of the order when placing it.
PayPal payment
Using the PayPal transaction platform, you can pay for your purchases in our shop just as quickly and securely. For the convenience of our customers, we have therefore also made it possible to pay using this method. It only takes a few clicks.
Forms of dispatch
The satisfaction of shopping in our shop will be even greater for you! We have decided to introduce free delivery by GLS courier and InPost parcel machines throughout the country. In some cases, free shipping does not apply. Please see below for details.
Products in promotional offers and sales are subject to the same delivery terms and conditions as non-promotional products. The same applies to purchases made using a Voucher (voucher).

When does free shipping not apply?
Free delivery does not apply in the following cases:
- an order whose value does not exceed £200,
- a shipment related to the repair of jewellery and additional services, (e.g. resizing,polishing of jewellery),
- when returning a product that is not related to its defect,
- shipment abroad:
Due to the UK's exit from the European Union, your purchases to this country may be subject to additional customs duties.
Due to the current epidemiological situation and the UK's exit from the European Union, delivery times may increase significantly.
